"Panic and Anxiety can be debilitating to your life. It will keep you from doing social events and limit everything you do. I have read an ebook that was very helpful in eliminating and controlling the panic and anxiety. I was afraid to go out and now can enjoy an evening with friends in a relaxed state. The Panic and anxiety book tells you what causes this and the best way to learn to avoid the anxiety attack before it starts." - Bindi Watts

try sleeping with some relaxing music on, it will cause your focus on something else, and make you unable to hear your heartbeat in a natural way, simple like you do during the day, where your not focusing on it.

my problem is trying to get to sleep at night. I can’t do anything but focus on my heartbeat and it stresses me out because I can only feel it. When I calm down and I can’t feel it anymore, I get stressed out again because I think my hearts stopping. I’m afraid of losing control, more specifically, dying from a heart attack or my heart stopping.

healthy food and gym are good anyway.Avoiding coffee it’s a good trick but not the solution. For me,coffee is a good indicator that i’m normal or not.Cutting things that don’t affect others doesn’t make me back normal and that is the point isn’t it?-sorry for my english.

I had a severe …
I had a severe panic attack 2 days ago while i was walking to get food, which in that enviroment, has never happened to me before. I thought i was having a heart attack and i nearly wanted to tell someone to call 911 but i sat down quietly and fought it off after a minute and a half. You just have to sit there and regulate your breathing while you’re having an attack so you can calm down quickly. What triggered me attack was my fear of heart attacks, so thats why i had a panic attack.

thanks for posting …
thanks for posting this man. it’s been just over three years since i started having them, and i’ve made a lot of progress but i’ve also had a lot of help. not everyone has the resources or the attention that my family gave me. i find that if nothing else, listening to someone speak calmly and knowledgeably about the problem to me can help me come back down to earth.
